ISDT– [Institute for Skill Development Training] is a Non-Governmental and Non-Profit organisation to impart Self Employment and Job Oriented Courses to under privileged and downtrodden and School Dropout young people in Rural and Urban areas all over India. It is governed by a team of Academicians and Technicians from different fields.

We impart skills training and provide employment opportunities in the private sector to the young workforce, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds, and provide workforce solutions to the industry.

Our vision includes to provide intensive vocational education and self employment training programs to the rural youth and women for taking up self employment initiatives and skill upgradation training for running micro enterprises profitably and successfully.

Our mission is to educate Neglected youth, School Dropout Children, Unemployed or under-employed adults get gainful employment so they become enlightened individuals, improving the living standards of their families, industry and society.
